It is not economically feasible to maintain so many roads, especially when people drive increasingly heavier vehicles every year.

I wish we started taxing private vehicles based on their weight.

If you do a 'blitz' repair..there is a 100% chance it'll need repairing within a month.

"Need repairing in a month" = Not fixed for a year, maybe two for Scarborough.
