"global warming"

There is a reason we stopped calling it this professionally a long time ago. It's because this isn't new news. Increased climate temperatures will lead to increased periods of cold as well.

The problem isn’t cold wet winters.

The problem is that far too much urban areas in Canada are built upon flood plains that typically don’t flood during normal weather, but simply cannot handle that which climate change is lobbing.

I don't think I mind colder winters (it's part of the charm, for me), but hotter summers are definitely a problem
