I don't know, I think the "Soviet school" of shutting down the other player's options one by one then grinding them down has a certain stylishness to it as well.

I'm currently trying to learn Capablanca's style but the Soviet School sounds really cool!

Romantic is probably more akin to how I've always organically played chess, and always lost.

Hypermodern chess are cooler than romantic chess.

Speed chess usually has a romantic style because at least one player is trying to rip off the head of their opponent. With limited time - it's harder to defend than attack.
