I can justify risking my life to save 10 seconds but I can't justify risking my life because I had to come to a complete stop before an onramp that is too short where people decide to drive insanely in the rightmost lane

the on-ramp stoplights prevent traffic jams on the highway by preventing multiple cars from merging at once and fucking up the rightmost lane, which then causes people to change lanes unsafely leftwards, which then fucks up the whole highway.

so, stopping at the on-ramp stoplight does save you 10 seconds because that's a traffic jam averted (or of reduced intensity).

Lmao I love your energy in this whole thread. Keep being you. But also, stop at the lights please, they help everyone. I’d say stop driving too, but we all know how viable that is in the US .

@[email protected] 😇 anytime I can reassure you I am not skipping the lights when people are waiting, I'm not evil!! it's a very specific light at very specific times when coming to a complete stop makes it impossible for me to get to 75 (which people are going in the right lane) from the light itself, when there isn't real traffic anyways.
Also red light cameras are very faulty

Your car must be hella slow. My car has 126hp as a 4 seater and I can get to 75 in time, sometimes it’s a little close though. Just be safe yo!
