Maybe people thought you were comparing steam deck to your laptop (which is of course a unfair comparison) cause that is how I read it at first.

You were asking for help? You might have more success by making a post about it, though "call me back when Cyberpunk works on PenguinOS" doesn't sound like a request for help.

But if you're having (or had) issues with drivers, sticking with Windows is probably the best choice for that game.
