Normally when I eat pork at home, I'm using italian sausage or something big to be stewed. However, I got some free porkchops yesterday so I'm gonna use them. I'm the only person in the house that likes pork, so I'm not gonna do plain pork chops. What do you guys do with pork like this?

Cut into thin slices, marinate in 1 egg white, 1/4 cup soy sauce, dash of rice vinegar, spices and about a teaspoon of baking soda. Stir fry with vegetables.

Edit: This is called velveting, you can find a more exact recipe online, I'm sure
