This is 4chan. It was quite possibly written by a white guy wanting to stir people up.

Agreed. The alternative is that this person took incel logic and applied it to race, which is also somewhat likely on 4chan.

Race relations are fine. We need to fix the broken systems that keep our minority brothers and sisters suffering unfairly.
