A man enters in a restaurant. He asks a waiter, "Can you get me a glass of water?" Instead of getting him a glass of water, he draws out a gun. The man says," Thanks!" Why?

Answer

The man has the hiccups. He asked the waiter for water to get rid of his hiccups but the waiters gets out a gun to scare him instead.

Better write "..., the waiter draws out a gun."
