Got the joke, but technically it's more like grandma.jpg with extreme compression, because ZIP is lossless and you could restore the grandma but with JPG the grandma is lost forever.

Yes, og gran is lost forever, but this version of her speaks less, keeps quiet when you're talking and it's far less racist.
