So people not hitting the sales milestone don't get a paid holiday?

Literally the second paragraph.

As originally reported by South Korean tech site The Elec, staff have each received a previously arranged 10 million won bonus (about £5400) early, alongside two weeks' paid holiday. This is on top of South Korea's mandatory 15 days paid holiday for employees that have been with a company for more than a year.

Can we not do that annoying reddit thing where people don't even bother trying to read the article?

People working there for less than a year don't.

So no, they wouldn't get the holiday without hitting the sales milestone

The question was whether they get "a paid holiday". Yes they do get a mandatory paid holiday regardless of sales. To your statement, yes, they wouldn't get "the paid holiday [referenced in title]" without hitting sales milestone.
