Gaaaaaah! Partner will not use her phone as an alarm, but does not wake up in time, meaning I have to consistently wake her up else she'll be late for work. Also, meaning it's up to me to get the kids going for school and make lunches so they are not late..... Not every day but at least a few times a week....GAAAAAAH! Infuriating.

You shouldn't be responsible for waking her up and doing parenting duties on her behalf. My mum always made school lunches the night before, which was always a lot easier than making them the morning of.
