Look up Good Eats with Alton Brown. Good show. I found his show to almost be more science. He explained why things did what they did and why you want things done this way or that. Probably a good way to start. I learned most my cooking from his show growing up.

Maybe. I do not know. I don't really care for baseball. I just hated the click-bait title. What's the record? The bold text. What does it mean? The explainer. Why is it important/last team to have it? The last paragraph. (All copied from article)

Thought I'd try and help someone else who was curious of what the record was without having to go to the article and read the whole thing. It's like recipe web sites. I don't need to read about how great your childhood was to bake muffins because I'm stoned and hungry and just want some chocolate muffins.
