TL;DR:
Moses - Liquid leaving NA sucks, but the players they're bringing in are good and have promise. Not a top ten team on paper, but mentioned Daps' track record on scouting talent and putting together teams.

Launders - Felt it was "traitorous" and a "huge mismanagement" of Liquid's brand. Not very optimistic about the team's future in the more competitive EU region

Maniac - Worries about Yekindar and Patsi role overlap. Regards Yekindar IGL with suspicion. Would be "surprised to see the team punch above the top eight"

Everyone started their response with what a blow this is to the NA region. Reasonable takes all around, I think.

Zedtronic - Sad to see Liquid go. Still a NAFFER, but Liquid wont be my home team anymore. EG then coL, if we go on nationality. Hoping CS2 saves NA CS.

A little disappointed not to see the rumoured Jackz/Electronic/Elige/zorte lineup, but happy that we still have an NA roster.

Liquid going EU is an open door for the America’s RMR

I disagree and hope we get the CS Match Bot up and running here. I seem to recall reading that when the kbin API is updated it can be ported over.

Other CS subs that were less eSport focused appeared decidedly less “quality” to me.

A lot of friends are coming back after the CS2 announcement, but wing man was my main mode with my main man for a few years.

Although the dedicated 2v2 maps are (generally) great, I also found a lot of value playing on the half-maps from active duty. Feels like we really punch above our weight at spots we’ve played a lot of on 2s.

I’d say 1st round draft, but I think Russia already did that…

The API pricing is shit, but I care more about how I’m forced into an app with ads. That’s really the straw that made me seek alternatives in earnest.

The end of Reddit as a place where anyone interesting hangs out. Reddit will continue on as the Facebook of 2023.

Anyone who says they value gameplay over graphics needs to get this game if they like the Battlefield genre

Reddit probably won’t die. I mean Facebook is still one of (the?) most popular social media sites. Not that anyone of interest makes it their main platform.
