Not sure what to gain from recording such video beside loosing public opinion..

Started to test changedetection (https://github.com/dgtlmoon/changedetection.io) for similar usecases (monitoring government grant webpages), it can also detect change in pdf, but I didn't test that feature that much. Worked fine so far for me.

Legal implications usually come after the events. Seems like a waste of time to ask everyone this questions when they already stated support, no need to gatekeep. Action over words.
