I was looking so hard for loss

I’m just glad it’s housing for the unhoused. In general, we shouldn’t compromise for any less than a normal standard of living for all. But, in absence of that we can’t wait around while people freeze and OD on the streets. As long as this doesn’t become normalized and is simply a step forward. Which is a very serious concern. But, this is a solution in that it’s a 1 not a 0, which is often how things play out irl - messy, and lots of compromises.

I appreciate the gentle correction re: your original comment, I definitely just glossed that. My bad.

If you could maybe find a credible source - but regardless this woman was disabled in rehab, the syndrome described in the article is not linked to ketamine use in any credible way

Yes that’s by design it’s literally a dissociative - that does not explain this behavior, at all. Also the research isn’t there for abuse, the only large scale studies have been from illegal street use, typically much higher quantity and much riskier quality than a clinical setting. I’m done trying to defend ketamine from you guys it’s obviously the easiest scapegoat you can find but you’re doing real harm here, on top of the harm this asshole has already done

But how else would us red, white, and blue headed step-children know how to make you somehow look better in comparison?

If you’re not a citizen my absolutely uneducated answer would be: if you were suspected of having done anything like that you would be detained for tampering with evidence - because they would now detain you for tampering with evidence. I would have said this wouldn’t have been a huge issue before, they wouldn’t have anything to hold you on after that, but that is certainly not true now.
