Extreme drive for individualism leads to the society where nobody cares about others and the strongest wins. I wonder for how long the community can survive in these conditions.

Trailer Park Boys - para documentary comedy series showing life of people living in a trailer park
Recently Freetube, which I mainly use for Youtube stopped working and I had a pleasure to open Youtube link in incognito mode. Adverts popping up on the beginning of every video, in random moments while video was playing and when switching to specific timestamp made me realize how much I should be thankful for adblockers and alternative frontends.
It happens quite often most prolly due to Youtube API changes. Google work hard to ban all alternative frontends.
Usually I was able to put embed link to my post and it was showing the video.
I have found this thread on Endevaour OS forums where the OP looks for viable options: https://forum.endeavouros.com/t/privacy-focused-youtube-workflow/69414/17
Running the game servers with Steam installed can do that.
It's all so tiresome - Lao Yang in the 2011 documentary Empire of Dust
It's always interesting when people from the Internet meet in-person. It should happen more often to the point when the people become friends and exchange it to real life socialising.
The demand is there and keeps increasing. I even thought about some platform where people from reddit/lemmy type of platform do stuff together like sports, outdoor, going to pub or something like that. I'm writing here about non-mainstream solutions.
