According to compendium, elemental honing provides a stack for each unique element. The buff amount increases nonlinearly per stack and is stronger on kinetic weapons

Some pretty interesting notes in here, too much for me to write all about so I'll pick one Palindrome returning as arc is pretty unexpected, it's interesting that they didn't want to add to the huge pile of void hand cannons that have been rolling out recently

I didn't downvote but I disagree. It is nice to be able to roleplay your own character but I also like having well written established characters
