Yeah, that stinks.

Did you shave more frequently pre-offspring?

- Razor: Union Razor Cutlery 5/8 Full Hollow (9)
- Lather: Fanzine Saponifications - Caravaggio - Soap
- Post Shave: Stirling Soap Co. - I, Rich Moose - Aftershave
- Fragrance: Fanzine Saponifications - Caravaggio - EdP
Another superb shave from Fanzine Saponifications. I used my favorite synthetic brush last night and got one of the best shaves of my life, and today I used a badger knot. I knew from the start that I probably didn't load enough soap, but pressed on anyway. Results are still amazing.
Images in comments is planned for a future release (probably 1.3). It's on version 1.1 right now.
Considering how young the project is I think it's really good already. Room for improvement of course, but very good.

Luxury shave because I was so excited about this new soap.
This shave was so good. The Fanzine soap base is absolutely wonderful, and vegan to boot. I can't speak highly enough about it.
Fanzine Saponifications, for those who haven't heard, is a new brand made by TheStallionPartThree (on Reddit and Discord). https://www.etsy.com/shop/FanzineSapone
Great idea!
I like Nivea Sensitive Balm, too.

I love this aftershave, but it might be a little too strong for work. Nobody has said anything, but I'm the boss so they wouldn't dare anyway!
Ah, so you've just placed an ISO on the USB stick? There's more to it than that, but it's not too difficult.
Ventoy is a tool that let's you try out multiple distributions at the same time. Take a look at that project, they undoubtedly have instructions.
Otherwise you can only try one at a time. You'll need a tool like Rufus to turn the USB stick into something bootable.
Next step will probably be change settings in your BIOS to 1)disable secure boot (I'm pretty confident this is a requirement, but maybe not) and 2)make it boot from USB instead of your HDD/SSD/NVME.

If it's just for charging, a USB-C port is just a different part. The charge controller and everything can stay "dumb" if it's a low power device.
The USB-C spec is complicated and to take full advantage of it is expensive like you said, but I think just using a modern form factor isn't expensive.
