we have an ac vent on the floor of the kitchen and when i'm overheating in there i like to stand over it and let my skirt capture 100% of the icy air!

You can try Adobe Express in the app store or use an online editor like http://pixlr.com/ both support layers and will do what you describe on an iphone. Pixlr has some new 'ai' stuff i haven't used that might make it even easier depending on your familiarity with these kind of tools. Good luck!

presumably the expensive sports doctor applying the cryotherapy is trained. they use these in all the big league sports. The white gas you see rising is nitrogen.

no i have an internal chemical imbalance that causes severe depression and i have to intervene to correct for that, regardless of external circumstances.

the depressing reality stuff just stacks with that.
