I would say that is pretty accurate. In the finished dish it came out very nice. Sweet, Sour, spicy and savoury.

Yes. Since last weekend the pressure profiles work in the stable version.

It was not too bad. I finished it on two afternoons over a weekend. And I don't have a lot of experience with electronics. I do recommend having a multimeter on hand to check the connections.

The documentation is not perfect, but the people behind the project are constantly improving it. Also, they are very helpful on discord (even though I cannot stand discord as a platform).

As others said, it depends on the use case. We have a leased Kia EV6 and we like it well enough that we ordered a new one for when the contract ends in autumn.

My biggest criticisms are that it is too big and that the turning radius is terrible. We would have ordered the EV4 hatchback but unfortunately it is not yet available.
