Death from a illness or a virus is not the worst thing that can happen to a person, there are worse things than dying. People must accept the fact that noi matter what they do they are going die, it's only a question of when death is coming for you and no person can ever escape it. There are still bigger and more important concerns in life than dying.
Being concerned or posting about privacy on Telegram is hypcritical, using a proprietary server system.
In F-Droid, first turn off all anti-feature in Settings, then searxh for Telegram, and see if there are any apps available for installation, after disabling all anti-features.
