I feel like people don't understand the impact medication has when it flattens everything out. Drugs may get rid of the lows, but they also shave off all the highs and that can take quite a toll on you

Working from home today, just because. It's been a mentally big week with the ecommerce launch and Head Office country has a public holiday today so not much would be getting done anyway
I do know that much. And that the 28 series invented the idea of zombies running, which was a terrifying thought at the time
It's hard when you haven't done it in a while. Once you enter Jobseeker Mode you get into a better rhythm and you start seeing things you do at work from the perspective of how it would look on your resume. It's good to enter that mode occasionally to keep things up to date
I still need to watch the first two but my friends are already buying tickets for 28 years. I'll just have to piece it all together
It sucks but if you look up the STAR method it will give you some structure. Then you can just fill in the blanks instead of writing things from scratch.
I also saved all my selection criteria responses in a master document so I could just roll them out for other applications since so many positions ask for the same thing
In very rare instances I've preferred the layout of my laptop keyboard for specific tasks. Otherwise they just feel cramped and have terrible ergonomics
If I can ride these other trails I think I'll take them anyway. They cut out some annoying intersections next to a busy road.
And the ride yesterday was tough, but the view was beautiful once I finally got to the top. Much nicer than even suburban cycle paths to get around.
There are a couple of creeks around I could follow but none line up with the commute I'm aware of
I tried one of the trails near my place on the way home yesterday. I don't think I'll incorporate it into the commute. It was very steep on both ends and a lot of work, even on the ebike at full assist. I'll keep looking at the trails though, there may be a shortcut that's a decent balance between hills and cutting out intersections.
eCommerce launch today at work, quite exciting. This is the whole reason I took this role and it should be a game changer for me going forward
I went to the local repair cafe and spoke to them about running an information session on switching old computers to linux.
They're open to it, so I'll have to put some things together and figure out a date.
I figure I could always make a big deal about linux gaming and turning your old hardware into a steam deck, then targeting it at teenagers in the area if I want to boost numbers
