People are closer to being on the same page than they realize I believe, but true, everyone is afraid of making the first move. I've heard this idea said a number of times, "I would fight a revolution but I don't want to lead it." People are still clinging to establishment politics and parties, what we need is a group to unite people in opposition to the status quo economic and political system and be unafraid to take direct action against the apparatus of the state. A lot of people would be afraid to take these steps, but it doesn't require everyone, enough dedicated revolutionaries can help lead the non-political masses.

Will do, I thought the original titled was not ideal as it almost sounds as if 200+ people were killed, I failed to notice that it's required the title matches the source.
No person does until the conditions force them. Many people in the US are still comfortable enough and have a lot to lose, but the time might come. At a certain point it becomes the easier choice.
The first time I can recall someone not my brother giving me the middle finger was my first time driving on a real road, and I wasn't even in the wrong ahah.
It can be different regionally too, where I'm at now everyone honks all the time so a little honk is a fine courtesy if you don't see the light change, where I moved from though it would come off as screaming at someone on the street.
But meanwhile as a cyclist if I pass someone and they give me extra space we can smile at each other and wave, or if I have to 'honk' it's a little polite bell. But also I semi-frequently have times where I think "that car could have killed me" and I continue my commute unfazed. It encourages an entirely different mindstate than car-brain.
It's such a silly idea, kids can see how stupid it is because they haven't been thoroughly indoctrinated yet I guess. When I was young hearing about immigrants taking jobs it just seemed logical that they wouldn't 'take' them if US citizens would work for the same pay as the migrant workers. The employers clearly enable this, why would anyone blame an immigrant? A ten year old can understand this.
I abstain from meat for ethical reasons, a similar ethical reason encourages me to use public transit and bike instead of driving, to reduce my impact on life and the environment. This is anecdotal but most vegans/vegetarians I've known are concerned with their impact in general, it's rare that they only obstain from eating meat but do everything else as an average US meat-eated would.
Yeah and they're all fucking losers, it really feels like the vast majority of people don't care about whatever these online people say 'woke' is. It's the same as complaining about "political correctness gone mad", affirmative action, etc, the same complaints they've had about social progress for decades. Nothing about these youtubers is new or worth dignifying with a response.
Basically all the leftists I know support gun ownership, there are many chapters of Socialist Rifle Associations and John Brown Gun Clubs across the country. Democrats talk about gun control but pretty much every demographic in the US loves guns still. They just aren't sufficiently organized yet to be effective against this stuff, and most people still have a lot to lose that it's hard to make the first serious acts of resistance.
I was in several protests that were violently suppressed by police in the US, using tear gas, flash bangs, beatings etc. After threats and fascist violence, groups of armed leftists joined in more frequently. For whatever reason I can't recall the police attacking while they were there. Like the IDF killing children, they only want defenseless victims.
I walked through a park just a bit ago and there was a juggling group performing. There's also a person in my city that hula hoops continuously while dancing all over downtown, often on rollerskates. It's all a delight to see in our typical modern hell scape, even if they weren't good at it, I enjoy people having fun.
Why are you yelling at this two month old comment? Yes, life is inherently precarious for all living things, I don't understand what point you are making. I feel safe because death is inevitable and I live the best I can.
