Why have an EV rebate at all. Im sure the poor are overjoyed to gift their landlord a rebate for their new EV sports car. Meanwhile we are the only country in the G7 without high speed rail, while many of our highways were built in the 1960s.

Either allow pipelines or stop equalization payments I think is their demand. Since obviously they are almost fully reliant on the US due to being landlocked, due to being blocked by the same entity they've been feeding billions to over the decades.
Well why not just buy all mortgage bonds, print money and depress shelter inflation by offering free debt. Since we found a CPI hack let's use it to its full potential.
