They are going to have a tough time proving that in court. I bet this will get pleaded out to some small charge though.

Context means everything. It's obviously a threat.
It seems pretty obvious what she was implying, but that's what a trial is for. She may not have meant it, but it is clearly a threat of violence.
You should pay for an education and learn to form a coherent thought.
It's about the social contract. If you go to a restaurant in the US, you should tip for service (unless it is poor). Your not sticking it to the man, you just are selfish.
This is my thoughts as well. He is a really good bullshitter but isn't able to get anything of substance done (for the most part). As long as the Republicans don't get super majority, they won't be able to do to much damage. My biggest fear is him getting more supreme court picks. I believe that's going to cause the most lasting problems for our country.
I think we have the best chance to break the third party at the local level.

That sounds like a great way to spend a summer. I wouldn't mind running water but I'd probably learn to appreciate it after not having it for a few months.
