Streaming services have had a noticeable negative impact on adults, in my experience most notably Gen Xers, which I see abandon lifelong hobbies to consume more netflix slop. We just aren't meant to have so many hours of passive entertainment available at the tip of our fingers

The Dark Knight and It part 1. Both great pop culture movies, the highlights for me were Harvey Dent on Batman and Bev on It, both cool performances and characters
It's based off the best selling game ever with one of, if not the most dedicated and obsessed fanbase, and appeal to children. The Minecraft IP made so many people millionaires with content creation, it shouldn't be a surprise that the same consumers would go see the official movie
Idk, Dark has a pretty big fanbase in Latin America at least. Most Netflix types I know have given it a go
