People can make drugs from baby formula?!
Interesting. It's been quite a while since I was that age, so I don't really remember needing a parental co-signer. One more thing, supposedly prepaid visa cards work so there's always that.
You're really misusing that quote.
Thanks, I thought I was losing my mind. I spent way too long rereading that sentence and wondering why no one had commented on it yet.
So the labor costs (wages) are $5 and the value produced by the laborer is sold for $50? Yes this makes sense of course, but I can't wrap my head around why it says it's sold for less when $50 is more than $5. GPT4 can't seem to make sense of it either.
I hope my orange cat doesn't have to go on that adventure.
Lots of high schoolers have jobs and bank accounts with debit cards starting at 16.
What a small world. My social studies teacher was also banging a student. Did yours also end up in jail?
Am I having a stroke or does the first sentence make no sense? Shouldn't it be more instead of less? If a company always sells for less than the cost to produce, it'll go out of business rather quickly I'd think. Obviously there are temporary strategies like this that are used to beat competitors, but that's not what this is talking about.
Wow did not know that. I remember being surprised that a Norwegian show was in English without dubbing.
I totally forgot about that hilarious show. Might be time for a rewatch!
As someone who doesn't know much about that industry, why is transparency on what people are watching important?
