People in this situation use a voip app. You still need to call for a few minutes just to get your box but once you have it, go the web site and login. wait 5 minutes (this authorizes your ip) then open your voip app and enter: sip.livewire.us for the domain, and your mailbox number and password, connect and then from that point you can just dial 1 to connect to the system. The web site has complete and detailed instructions on this as well as offers many different voip app choices for various operating systems, these are all free to use. here is a short-cut to that: livewire.us/ltn.html

It's all done over the phone or via VOIP. I love it. Check out their site livewire.us or call 602.560.6050. Seems to have a lot of folx on all the time.
