If you’ve ever had your dna or a family members dna put into a federal database (military, cops, prisoners) then they can track you via incidental dna recovered from the clothing.

JFC that's not a little bit of a droop. That's almost definitely signs of a stroke. A guy I knew at work looked exactly the same after his stroke. Trump looked relatively normal at the u.s. open a few days ago and you'd think after a stroke he'd at least take a week or two off given his advanced age and "robust" health.
