Anytime family asks for computer help I tell them I haven't used windows in years so I'll have no idea what to do either.

No, I got a pixel 7 and put calyx on it. Better than any samsung I've had. I don't plan on going back to a closed system ever again.
it's alright. Got my carhartt overalls on and a good coat. it's about -2 now.
About 3 years. I wasn't good with computers because I mostly just didn't want to mess with them, due to Microsoft being who they are. I started with Ubuntu, went to Arch, Nixos, and now Gentoo is my standard. I got into it because my brother who's a security programmer recommended it to me. I use much, much more linux than my brother does now. I don't have any proprietary systems in my home now. All is FOSS.
I use the bin kernel. I don't change anything that is kernel level, so the default is fine. It cuts down on updates and install by a lot, but more important is that it's stable. I personally love gentoo, it's my favorite and I've tried basically everything.
Somehow I also met my girlfriend on instagram. I was running a review page at the time for extreme films and music. I made a the joke, "the higher the hair, the closer to god" on a mutual online friend's post, and she liked the comment. I already had a thing for her, so I decided to message her. I don't remember what I said, but she said she knew I absolutely had to be autistic within a few minute's based on that message and the way my reviews were done. Now we've been together 5 years, so it panned out pretty good. Pullin goth bitches with my autism swag.
Play Siege. So Linux wins again.
I like it, functionality wise. But, there's barely any content beyond gaming and linux. Also, as time goes on, I'm seeing more of the stupid attitudes that were all over reddit. I'm using it less and less. I actually find myself on 4chan more, at least there the arguments are funny.
Like 10 years ago I put 4 bucks on my steam account and bought as many dime csgo skins as possible. I don't think I've ever bought any other microtransactions.
They have a new one that shows the rounds on the back of the slide. The future is now.
I knew my brother got a new phone because signal told me their usual device had changed.
