I have had the problem intermittently, but the link in the notification usually takes me directly to the reply comment. I don't know what causes the problem when it happens.

I wish we had the spoiler formatting here.

Yeah, we should be retro engineering the tech from aliens who don't crash!

I did a photo post to try out kbin. I don't see the alt text in the kbin view, but I do with the Megalodon app.

Best of luck, I'm new here too. 🫡

Maybe this is the right place: https://codeberg.org/Kbin/kbin-core

Go to Issues and see if there is an existing request.

Seems useful. I saw a link somewhere about the GitHub repo. Maybe that's the place to suggest enhancements?

The devs' update said they are a bit overwhelmed with the reddit refugees at this time, so please be patient. They aren't a megacorp with an army of paid developers.

Hmm. My intuition is it shouldn't take any balancing skill on the user's part, but the chair/bot will be fidgety -- moving a little bit to maintain balance. So maybe not a good experience for activities needing stillness.

That Scewo design is interesting. It's infuriating that the price is more than a car. I've build balance-bots with Lego, it's not complicated tech.

What I had in mind was more like Boston Dynamics' Handle: https://youtu.be/-7xvqQeoA8c (Which I would call "advanced" ... in 2017.)
