Disappointing. I'll always prefer farms that treat their animals well, even if their meat costs twice as much.

If you like animals, there's lots to do with animal rescue, and you meet lots of great people. There are ways to contribute even if you don't have a lot of physical mobility, like helping with internet activities, record-keeping, photography, and caring for animals temporarily while they're being quarantined.

Like other physical controls on cellphones disappearing, I suspect it's a reflection of the cost to produce rather than any technical benefit or a statement of what people want. That's why so many people still use their decades-old phones today.
