Nach intensiver Recherche spricht der DRPR eine Mahnung gegen Twitter (bzw. X) und die BioNTech SE wegen Verstoßes gegen das Transparenzgebot des Deutschen Kommunikationskodex aus. Hintergrund ist der Versuch der BioNTech SE, sich im Jahr 2020 einer öffentlichen Debatte auf Twitter im Kontext „Impfpatente“ zu entziehen.

Hallo zusammen, ich habe mich in letzter Zeit oft gefragt, wie das in Deutschland mit der Haftung beim Betreiben einer eigenen Instanz aussieht (lemmy, mastodon, ...). Man hostet den Content aller User ja auf seiner eigenen Maschine, ab einer gewissen Größe kann man da ja schlecht jeden Beitrag inhaltlich moderieren. Kennt sich damit jemand aus? Vielen Dank :)
