Because the last attempt to unify NHS systems into one central system (The National Program for IT aka NPfIT) turned into a typical mega-budget IT project that got nowhere?

What we should be prioritising is data interoperability standards that solutions can be qualified against so things work smoothly. Not giving one of the big contractors a frame contract that locks the whole NHS into a single provider for the next 20 years.

I thought the argument here was that biological sex and gender should be recorded as separate fields on NHS records because currently it is inconsistently used leading to clinical risk. The NHS number is not an identity document, it's meant to track your records over your lifetime of treatment in the NHS.

These are all excellent ways someone can contribute to a project. Our project website has a repo anything can contribute to to make changes, even the blog entries are statically generated pages.

Cool demo! I tried a few things like this but I was 12 or 13 at the time and upgraded to an Atari ST in ~1987 so never really got that deep into it. Had to teach myself Z80 assembly and figure out how to program the video memory first, and information was kind of hard to come by back then :D

Edit: just noticed your username… were you an ST kid too?

Indeed I was. Started on the Dragon 32 (6809 based) but really got into assembly on the Atari ST. We (a few school friends and I) released a couple of mediocre sample demos back in the day before scattering to write a few demo screens in other places.

Pre-cut with comedy edges as well. But the methodology seemed valid as another poster said, giving cars the same limited eyesight as us seems like under engineering for safety.

Which model of the CPC did this run on? Reading the wiki it seems like it had a longer life than I remembered.

How much game logic is in the servers? Do they need updating for every release or are things like mob behaviour and Redstone handled by the clients?

Any pointers to getting started? I can't even get M-x - maybe I need a different on screen keyboard?

I can't believe wrapping up a macro evaluation is the only way to dynamically build up some text at the top of the transient. I want to show the compile command and build it up as options are chosen before hiring C-c C-c to kick it off.

Nice. I've been noodling with transient to port counsel-compile to a transient menu. I'll be interested in seeing how this handles selecting compile targets and build directories.

People went back to Twitter when Musk realised he had over fired and needed some of those he culled. I don't know if they got a salary bump to be enticed back though.

Can those handle the meta data for the track name, artist and release date. Assuming you want a portable playlist that can then find the track on the recipients preferred platform (streaming provider or self hosting). Given that a lot of tagging is trash maybe also included an audio fingerprint for validation?
