Adjustable rate mortgages change with interest rates. The 'real' value of a fixed mortgage changes with inflation.
Landlords are passing on costs in the same way that banks pass costs to them or mortgage holders.

It was a really good movie, but paints Earnest as much more of a patsy than I came away with after the book. Also, the book reveals that this was one such story and the magnitude of the deaths was even more obscene.

I use heroic now, but whatever works best at the time. Wish something would be better at setting/searching controller configs.
Lutris and Heroic can both add steam shortcuts so you can launch from steam directly.
