Is there anything that a bee would sting that it's barbed stinger wouldn't get stuck in? It seems like most anything would result in stinger detachment

They don't have empathy. The crying lady is brown, they're ecstatic.

It's not for bsky to log clicks...????? They can already do that without doing this bounce link because you're using their app??????? Like folks are we really doing this?

It's for external websites to know that the click came from bsky. (E.g. if you click the link from the bsky app, without this trick it would like you just typed the URL in, since apps don't provide a referral header)

You've missed out on the last several decades of Republican rhetoric, tears of "their enemies" is exactly what they want. They know they're the bad guys and revel in it.

Nah, corporate landlords at least tend to have minimum standards and contractors on call.

These type of small time landlords are the ones that tell you that a working refrigerator is a luxury, and water damage due to a cracked pipe in the wall is the tenant's responsibility.

Safe is a very broad term. Its not being used hyperbolically here. It's not referring to physical safety.

Brother have you just willfully ignored what US CEOs say every day about US workers?

Just to counterpoint: you do know why, exactly, it is that the south has more black people than the north, right? (Hint: it's not because they were so much more accepting)

I don't understand why you think "avoiding prison" equals free work for companies. The individuals contributing to open source are subject to the same laws we're discussing in this thread, and are the ones that would actually be getting consequences.

No one exists without a government, and that's not even a pipe dream, it'd be societal collapse.

The usual consequences to not following the law are not in your favor.

If your goal in contributing to FOSS is to go to prison, there are a lot better avenues to achieve that.
