Sure, but what gets me is it appears the judge based the sentence on this... "Testimony". Looking great! Good move the point the spider downwards. Things can get awkward in many cultures other wise.

edit: should have elaborated, sorry. Traditionally in many places, spiders crawling upwards is signaling heavy involvement in crime.
