Where I live, it's allowed. But doctors are supposed to take ethics seriously (in general). They can decide. And usually they're intelligent people and able to do so.
Also, what do you do if you're living in the countryside and the only doctor around?
Can recommend them, too. Nice documentation on how to make measurements etc. Everything free and transparent in the spirit of open-source projects. I made a t-shirt.

Ich würde allgemein Geld für Verkehrsausbau auch erstmal in die normale Deutsche Bahn investieren. Die funktioniert auch nicht so gut und muss hier in der Großstadt Millionen von Menschen täglich zur Arbeit und zurück bringen. Für mich wäre das auch vielleicht nich wichtiger als die Auto-Verkehrswende / Elektro-Autos voranbringen oder super-schnelle Fernzüge.
Frage wäre auch welche Großstädte/Metropolen verbindet man um die Investitionen zu rechtfertigen und ist dort schon ein Hochgeschwindigkeitsstrecke z.B. mit ICE oder Thalys.
I think 2 of them are conflicts without american ground troops. It's more a business opportunity for the weapons industry.

Right. Maybe I was a bit early. Even a few years later it wasn't like Laptops had touchscreens and you could scribble down notes. For maths-heavy programmes like CS only the 2 LaTeX nerds were able able to copy the equations and you also needed to learn TikZ or something to make diagrams. I bought a Thinkpad X61T with pen in 2008. But even then it wasn't a common thing.

Sorry, no idea. There are however offerings on Amazon with HDCP in the name. Maybe you can find a review there that matches your use-case.
And with the SiriusXM requirement, it seems you're restricted to their supported devices anyways. I thought AndroidTV was easier to use...
