Finally joined the majority of the world
Best option I've found is GrapheneOS (I have a Pixel 7 which I bought second hand so Google don't get any additional money). Still Android but gives you more control over the data Google can see/use. Gives a sandboxed play store and services so banking apps still work fine.
Its stuff like this why Britain doesn't deserve the EU. We are still using American services like nothing has happened, it's disgusting.
