you can disable that or reduce how frequent it is in firefox about:config, but on chromium too bad

Using better by itself is fine in an informal context, and "had better" is only required for formal contexts. And I don't think a meme on the internet counts as a formal context.

so you're saying you shouldn't be able to install any software with drivers? there's nothing microsoft can do about mass installing a program with elevated privileges, especially if it had actual uses like this
