FF12 is definitely my favorite FF. The combat system is the most interesting to me - programming your party to act how you want without spending the time of selecting combat options every single round. It's also why I love the first Dragon Age and hated the sequels. I wish more games used that type of combat.

That's exactly what I used it for, and the best alternative is Instapaper. Their free version does a bit more than p2k. They've jacked up the price of their paid option, but since I only care about the Kindle feature, I live without it.

Not on devices without Firefox. Pocket is great for sending articles to read on my Kindle, for example.

Yep - great for that, with the p2k service. I'm pissed that I have to find a service for it again. It might have to be Instapaper, though I don't like them.

I really wish I could play Daggerfall Unity, but it gives me motion sickness. I don't get that with most other games.

If anyone has had that issue and solved it by changing settings, I'd love to hear!

Thanks for pointing that out! The game may have been a good idea, but I don't want to support that.

I'd buy one of these today if the screen were bigger than 12.5". I wouldn't be able to read anything on that. Scaling everything is not a realistic option.

It's great even if you hate swiping!

Free forever, and works great.

The post is pretty high level, and it's obviously going to be biased given the source. Anyone here use OpenSUSE and another distro for gaming that can compare them?

I don't understand what tab groups are from the description in the article. How are they different from keeping groups of tabs in separate browser windows? Is this just something I don't understand because I don't keep tabs open forever?

Do you know if they have any plan to stop requiring invites? I've been interested for many years, but the invite system rubs me the wrong way.

I wrote about how I set up an electronic drum kit and YARG to relive the fun. There are a lot of tips to fix the timing issues and get straight to drumming.
