Agreed. A lot of restaurants in my area don't even have webpages anymore, just a Facebook page. If they want to make it hard for me to get information, they will find it difficult to get my money. Still worth it to not browse with a Facebook account

It may very well not be what they voted for. Ads in spanish didn't emphasize immigration the way english media did. Not to say that excuses them from making a horrible choice.

Montreal to La Paz Bolivia is almost 7000 km. Montreal to Budapest is 6600ish km. So the western hemisphere also can be half way around the world from Canada. You could reverse it and argue "It makes more sense to shore up relations in the Northern hemisphere than to go halfway around the world."
