Norway and Sweden have their own issues with the taking of indigenous land: that of the Sami. Issues arise to this day, often in the form of environmental discrimination, such as constructing winds turbines on otherwise "useless" [read: reindeer herding] land.

Nothing wrong with those temperatures IMO. My thermostat is set to 60 at night and 64 during the day right now for winter. Totally comfortable.
