what "scares" me about Librewolf on Kubuntu is the permissions. When there's an update for the browser it says: Permission: Full access to the system iirc... Did anyone noted that too? sry can't post the screenshot. Seems to appear in the Discover app.

can't tell you about Bisq. That looked complicated af ^^ I've used EXCH and for swapping 100 $ ETH to BTC the gas was 0.96 $ a few weeks ago...

Just a side-note: That ID requirement is because of the "Know-Your-Customer" thing. A helpful user pointed me to this site -> https://kycnot.me/ Helped me to quit Coinbase and own my own keys/coins on Electrum.

Daz3d ? It's a "modelling" SW, there's no AI in it... https://www.daz3d.com/

The only Windows PC at my home is now fully offline 24/7. I just need it for Davinci Studio, Daz Studio and Marvelous Designer. If they only could get a Linux version to work I could live life De-Microsofted.

status of local TTS / VC (self.technology)

I'm trying to do voice cloning for animations/lip-syncs. By now fast-tts is doing the job but the results aren't always usable. Sometimes it switches gender, it's kinda metallic and it's very slow and i'm tired of python requirements... I've tried non-locals like Murf.ai, natural-reader and 11labs but the least disabled voice-cloning for free users and i just don't want to submit my credit-card details cause of their privacy policy. Now i'm left wondering if i just wait for the opensource community to enhance or to swallow the bitter pill and register with 11labs. Has anyone experience with TTS?
