Definitely AI, but they might do it because there is a lot of clueless parents who, when their kid have a problem with their game, decide to call the first brand they see on the PC (here Lenovo). Putting those answers in a glossary saves Lenovo's time.

If Farage was gay people would still throw milkshakes at him. Right wing politicians tend to concentrate on person's identity and not what they say, because their own platform is just (conservative) identity politics without any policy to actually help people.

In Poland for online payments everyone uses Blik. It lets you generate six digit number in your banking app that you then give to the site you're making payment to. Your banking app then asks you if you want to make the payment with information about how much you pay and to whom. You accept and you're done, no card details were shared.
