I'm surprised muscle fatigue reduces hunger. I would have thought the body would want to make up the caloric deficit.

I don't know why people are surprised. Expecting Nissan to make any good car anytime in the last like 20 years is a lot of them.

The EU said so, and the US did successfully sue valve for monopoly practices.

I googled it. They have energy stored from when they were caterpillars.

At least the US pier headed for Gaza is making progress.

I think the concern is the stack up you get in latency between the controller, the computer, and the monitor.

I'm confused. Did I miss the US directly killing Gaza Civilians, or are we talking about the selling weapons to the IDF? I haven't followed the latest news.

You should be able to check the maintenance schedule to see if there's anything electric related, but a normal mechanic should be fine.

Your issue isn't with the lack of choice. Your issue is that your candidates don't win.

A third party vote is still supporting Trump if you have a left mindset (and vice versa for conservatives). You CAN vote for whoever you want, that doesn't make it moral. The purpose of primaries is for the voters within the party to get together and decide the platform and candidate for that party.

Plus, between local and state elections, you have even more say with your vote. You could even run for office locally and have a chance of winning.

Whoever you wanna write in? Unfortunately for your personal beliefs, most Americans are batshit conservatives or moderate to progressive liberals, therefore usually a batshit Republican, and a moderate dem win the primaries, which frequently have more populist candidates as an option. Sanders was in the 2020 primary. I voted for him. He didn't win, so I voted for Biden in the general.

Maybe I'm wrong, but It feels like you'd have the same complaints you have under this system that you'd have under any democratic system of government.

Yeah! I love Biden. Between the student debt changes, build back better plan, insulin price changes for Medicare patients, helping Ukraine, etc. etc. all with only a 1 seat majority in the Senate, a conservative court that trump filled, and a now conservative house.

As for your other question, a Republic is still a form of Democracy. You have the ability to vote for whoever you want.
