Didn't happen yet. Venezuela is still escalating tensions with force buildups on the border and passing laws claiming the territory, even though they agreed to go through the ICJ to settle the dispute.
I'm hoping it's fine given how many supplies have been coming from European partners as of late.
Is this something people actually do? I know here in the states we have the cannonball run. I doubt people actually drive the whole route very often.
Venezuela almost invaded Guyana. If Guyana was a NATO member it never would have been considered.
Based on what happened to Ukraine, I don't blame any nation for running to NATO as fast as they can.

I'm sorry Frodo. The government has put too many regulations on eagle riding for it to be cost effective. Also, protestors in Gondor have concerns about flying eagles ruining the views from their huts' backyards. You can't simply fly the ring to Mordor.
