I can relate! I work from home now which has made it even more difficult for me to stay focused compared to the office although I love working from home. There is a neverending amount of distractions on the computer, on the Internet, and not to mention all the chores around the house.
If I am dreading a task or unsure what the next step is, it becomes easier and easier for me to find new things that need to be done to procrastinate the real work - inadvertently or not. I don't have a solution but I saw your windowlicker post earlier and wanted to say how relatable all this is haha.
