I dealt with this for years, then I developed GERD and had to get a wedge pillow to angle myself up. That wedge pillow with a medium firmness regular pillow is perfect.

Breaking into the capital, causing physical damage, attacking police officers, stealing U.S. government property. That's defending democracy.

Standing outside a federal detention center where people are being illegally held. That rebellion.

Welcome to trump's America, peace I'd was, slavery is freedom.

Not to mention if you primarily watch videos on your TV you're out of luck.

Yep, I'm the senior member of my team at work and I have to train a lot of newbies. When my supervisor tells me to start my training I message the person on teams to make sure their ready, then call them, then either share my screen or have them share their screen.

I work in international freight and every shipment is different, it would take 30 minutes to type out everything they need to know for every individual shipment. If I can show them while talking about each aspect it only takes 2 or 3 minutes per shipment.

And I'm someone who hates talking on the phone and screen sharing, but sometimes it's just what you have to do to get the job done efficiently.

Exactly, Netflix has a similar reputation as Google, if it's not a massive hit right out of the gate, they kill it. They've trained their audience and users to not invest in their products because they aren't going to last.

Oh yeah, I run spinning rust in my nas. All data storage for me is on HDDs, only OS date is on the SSD. That's for the nas and my computer.

I've never seen anyone say they actually watched that show, I genuinely thought I was the only one who watched it.

I cancelled around the same time, though I was sick of the enshittification and constantly killing everything as soon as people got into it. Been 5 years and I've never had the urge to go back.
