Tout le bleu du ciel - 2025 Netflix french movie. The whole roadtrip thing made me watch it and I enjoyed it. Might be what you're looking for as well.

And speaking of road trips, Into the Wild. Amazing movie, amazing soundtrack by Pearl Jam's Eddie Vedder.

Both movies quite sad and beautiful.

I usually skip the 2nd and the 3rd steps. But yeah, they don't usually last enough to go bad.

Margherita and Margarita are my fav. Both delicious.

Oh, that makes me wanna play it even more. Every single time I play a big RPG like witcher, cyberpunk, Baldur's Gate, kingdom come, etc. I enjoy the first half and then I just speedrun the rest to finish the story. There's nothing wrong with a 10-30hour game, honestly. Hell, a short hike is like 1-3 hours and I don't feel bad at all for buying it.

They're alright. Leadalica are better, tho. "Two" is a masterpiece.

We used to have 1-2 "wow killers" every year. The last one that tried was new world in 2021, afaik. So I'm pretty sure they were referring to MMORPGs, not MMOs in general. Altho even those are fewer nowadays than before, I feel.

Hell yeah! Played those games so much. I remember even duelling online with a classmate. Was great

Nah, that wouldn't be enough to differentiate PoE to hzd, imo. It's like comparing Max Payne to CSGO. Or I dunno.. rocket league to Football manager.. or Mario party to street figther.. trying to cover as many bases here to cover the games that you might be more familiar with. xD. Point is, in both games you get a character which you level up and customize by doing quests and killing mobs, but that's pretty much where the similarities end, as far as the gameplay, mechanics and goals of fans go.

And for the record, despite this also being called an arpg, it'll be very different from both PoE and hzd. ARPG seems to be as vague as "driving game" or "shooter".

Survivorslike is just one option, auto shooter is the same thing and doesn't use vampire survivors' name.

And well, in this case, I just saw op say that this game was gonna be an arpg and because I play a lot of PoE, last epoch, etc. I was expecting something in that vein. Then I open the link and I see 2 seconds of something that looks more like hades or god of war and I was disappointed. So if me wishing we had better terms for various genres makes me a prescriptivist, I guess I am one, in this case.

Also tdggrpg is too complicated of a subgenre name, I feel xD
